Franchise ready

One playbook. Every branch.

When a staging company starts franchising, the product isn't furniture anymore — it's your way of working. Stagerator turns that way of working into software, so every new branch opens with your kits, your pricing discipline and your pipeline already installed.

The rollout

Your standard, installed by default.

Franchises live or die on consistency. Instead of a training binder nobody reads, the system every branch logs into is the operations manual — the same six-stage pipeline, the same kits, the same client-facing polish.

01 — THE STANDARD

The operations manual, enforced by software

A franchisee can't drift from the playbook when the playbook is the tool they quote, allocate and invoice with. Every branch runs the same rail — enquiry, walkthrough, quote, accept, install, invoice — because there is no other way to run a job.

  • Kits & styles are the franchise look— a "Warm Minimal living room" means the same thing in every postcode.
  • Consistent proposals — every client, at every branch, gets the same polished, tracked experience.
  • Fast branch onboarding — the setup wizard takes a new operation from sign-up to quoting in days, not months.
02 — THE AUTONOMY

Each branch stands on its own

Consistency doesn't mean centralisation. Every branch runs its own warehouse, its own stock units, its own crew and its own book of work — while HQ keeps sight of the whole network in one account.

  • Per-branch warehouses — stock is tracked unit-by-unit where it actually lives.
  • Local teams, local jobs— stylists and warehouse crew see their branch's work.
  • White label everywhere — the client sees one brand: yours, not ours.

Where to start

Growth runs your first 5 branches.

The Growth plan covers up to 5 branches and 20 team members under one account, with white-label client experience included. Franchising past that — or giving each franchisee their own account and subscription — is exactly the conversation we want to have; every franchisee signs up on the same platform, so the standard travels with them.

Franchise FAQ

The questions franchisors ask.

Do all branches share one warehouse?

No — each branch has its own warehouse and its own tracked stock units. A Gold Coast sofa can't be accidentally quoted onto a Brisbane job. HQ still sees the whole network from one account.

How do we keep every branch quoting the same way?

The pipeline is the process. Kits and styles define the look, the quote flow defines the pricing discipline, and proposals carry the same branded, tracked client experience at every branch — there is no off-playbook path to send a quote.

Does the client ever see Stagerator?

On the Growth plan the client-facing experience is white-label: your enquiry page, your proposals, your brand end to end. Stagerator is the machinery, not the badge.

Franchise the system,
not just the name.

Prove the playbook on your own branches first — the trial is the full product. When the first franchisee signs, the standard is already software.
